1. The visitor can make online payments for services indicated on the Site, in accordance with the prices indicated on the Site, and in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.
2. When making an online payment, the Client undertakes to provide valid contact information (first name, last name, email address, phone number). In case of incorrectly specified contact information, please immediately notify us by email info@existential-analysis.prof
3. BDR “A-metode” undertakes to inform the Client about successful payment electronically (only if the Client’s email was correct at the time of purchase).
4. BDR “A-method” processes the client’s personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
5. Online payments can be made using Visa, MasterCard and Maestro payment cards, as well as using online payments through an Internet bank, if such a technical possibility is available at the time of the online payment. The Client's use of someone else's payment card or someone else's payment card data for online payments on the Site is prohibited.
6. The actual procedure, terms and individual conditions for the provision of the purchased online service are agreed upon with the Client after the online payment has been made. Once the payment has been made, cancellation of the transaction is impossible; paid money cannot be returned, except in cases specified in the description of the service and regulated by these rules and the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.
7. BDR “A-metode” advises on services and online payments on the Site on weekdays, from 10:00 to 18:00, by phone (+371) 29333579 and email info@existential-analysis.prof.
8. If a system error is discovered, as a result of which BDR “A-metode” received a larger payment than was due at the time of payment, the Client can submit a written statement within 5 (five) working days, and, after all the circumstances have been clarified, the money received in error will be returned to the Client. If the culprit is another party involved in the online payment process, such as a bank or card processing center, BDR "A - metode" will, within its capabilities, attempt to recover the erroneously received funds, and, after receiving funds from the culpable party, BDR "A -method” returns money to the Client.
9. When switching to the electronic payment system, the Client has the right to refuse to use the service by simply closing the corresponding tab.
