What approach do we use?

This is a direction of modern psychotherapy called existential analysis. The founder of existential analysis is the famous psychiatrist from Austria Viktor Frankl, and Frankl’s ideas were continued and developed by his outstanding student, the Austrian psychotherapist Alfried Langle. The task of existential analysis is not so much to interpret, to “make a diagnosis”, but to understand a person in his feelings and in his life situation and help him take a personal position - one that will cause internal sense of coherence. This is a respectful, careful and sensitive approach that is close to our spirit.
The consultation is a calm and thoughtful dialogue between you and the psychologist in a warm, safe, supportive environment.
During this dialogue, we clarify what worries you, the causes of difficulties, and together we search for ways to solve them. Consultations for adults and children
